Refund Policy & Reservation Terms

1. Reservation Payment Structure

By making a payment for a Beta license (PYME, MID, PRO), you acknowledge and agree that the funds are allocated to two distinct accounting concepts to cover the operational costs of our manual governance infrastructure:

• Reservation Fee (85%): Amount allocated to secure your position in the cohort.
• Administrative Setup Fee (15%): A NON-REFUNDABLE amount allocated to cover immediate costs for: (i) Hive Memory record creation, (ii) Allocation of standby computational resources, and (iii) Governance staff fees for the "Fit Review" phase.

2. "Fit Review" Process & Abandonment

License activation is contingent upon successful approval during the "Fit Review". You are responsible for providing the required documentation.

• Rejection by Company Discretion: If Agentic Ant Nest rejects your application due to technical or strategic incompatibility, 100% (including the Administrative Fee) will be refunded as a commercial courtesy.
• Abandonment Clause ("Ghosting"): If you fail to submit the requested Fit Review information within 5 business days of payment, the application will be deemed "Abandoned". In this case, 100% of the Administrative Fee (15%) and 50% of the Reservation Fee will be forfeited as liquidated damages for seat blocking.

4. Strict Cryptocurrency Terms

You assume 100% of the risk associated with volatility, network errors, and fees.

• Network Fees (Gas): The client is responsible for all mining transaction fees for both initial payment and any refund. Agentic Ant Nest will deduct the refund sending gas cost from the refunded amount.
• Exchange Rate Risk: If paid in Crypto, the refund will be valued based on the fiat value (USD) received at the time of the original transaction, or the original token amount, whichever is lower in USD value at the time of refund. The company does not cover depreciation losses.
• Wallet Verification: Refunds to smart contract addresses or centralized exchanges will not be processed without manually verified proof of ownership (Satoshi Test), which may incur delays of up to 15 business days.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

By accepting these terms, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks with your card provider or PayPal without first exhausting Agentic Ant Nest's dispute resolution process. Any chargeback initiated without prior justification will result in the permanent blacklisting of your organization from future services and legal action to recover dispute costs.
